At the place and date specified below, and with the following terms and conditions:

1. The Customer requests the Service from the Service Provider, and the Service Provider accepts this request. This Service includes that if the Customer sends company data to the Service Provider’s e-mail address in .jpg or .doc format within 365 days of the signing of this Contract, then the Service Provider will store (and amend if necessary) these data and publish the listing on the www.webnevtar.com and www.businescardbookshop.com websites within 72 hours.
2. Upon the signature of this Contract, the Customer gives 280 (Two hundred and eighty) GBP + VAT in cash to the Service Provider. This sum is to be paid for the services as detailed in Clause 1. The Customer will not be charged for anything other than this amount.
3. The Parties agree that the Terms of the Service as detailed in Clause 1 will automatically be extended by one year unless at least 30 days before the termination of the Contract, one of the Parties gives notice to the other in writing, stating that he does not want to extend this term. In this case, the Customer will be charged for the current Service Fee.
4. Parties are obliged to inform each other about any condition that would fully or partially prevent them from fulfilling any of their contractual obligations, or would put the fulfilment of their obligations at risk. Should any of the Parties fail to notify the other Party, a compensation for any damages arising from the consequences has to be paid for by the Party who is responsible for this.
5. Should any dispute with regards to this Contract arise, the Parties shall try to settle it amicably; if no amicable solution is reached, then the applicable courts will have jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
6. With respect to matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.) shall prevail.

Having read and assented to the present Agreement, the Parties have hereby signed it as proof of their willing consent thereto.

A felhasználók az általuk észlelt, moderálási elvekbe ütköző bejegyzéseket a KAPCSOLAT menüpontban írott emailben bejelenthetik a moderátornak, a kifogásolt tartalom konkrét helyének megjelölésével. Az elhelyezés a megrendelt időszak összegének számlára való beérkezése után 72 órán belül.
